I've done various things over the past few months.. nothing worth mentioning.
I did make better image support on the CoA store. thumbnails are now generated and stored statically.

A lot of modifications to the online stores. and a lot of work with downloads 9music and videos). Basically trying to integrate all the information all-sites wide. So now the new onlinestore will show if there is a video available and samples etc.
Finally figured out how to track 'sources' with paypal, so we actually know where the sale originated from. So that was all added and implemented as well.
Various other projects have been underway. so there have been banners added and Various other sites etc.

A lot of things have been going on. since I work on this stuff daily, I sort of jump from one thing to another to kind of give mer variety.
Most of the recent work has been with the new online store site. I also improved the back end to the point that orders are almost 90% automated.. ye someone has to pack the package and label it :)
Been messing around with a new layout for the site. but so far they all suck
A lot of messing around with backend tasks that I normally have to do. I'm trying to automate everything so that i have more time to do other things. so far so good.
rewriting a bunch of code thanks to the discovery of ImageTTFBBox! God it has been there the whole time, I missed it.
working on various other tasks for myspace. whee.

Solved. There have been errors out the ass about another thing.. Namely, bots that keep session id's from long ago and then come back. so I had added a save.session.path to the config of the site. but it seems this was causing the problem. which is odd cause I did is set it to /tmp... and yet the errors still would complain about session path and /tmp. go figure. but all is good now (*crossfingers*)

Recompiled everything. now. I took the server back to 4.4.0 and it still happened, I reinstalled 4.4.2 and now no errors. BUT, there is only 1 other thing I can think of that could be causing this to happen.. running out of ram. if makes sense.. at first I thought it could be an inode issue, but have plenty... so perhaps it is ram.
but anyways.. over 7 hours now and not one error.
i guess i could open up a bunch of screens and do a bunch of stuff and see if it happens.. NOT

I'm having this damn annoying bug.. I dont know if it is something I have done or if it is PHP. but for some reason. at unknown times, the server will use another website's configuration (mainly it copies the open_basedir) and applies it to coa, which instantly causes an error.
I've analyzed logs.. it is even more annoying cause, randomly I can get it to happen to me. but nothing is consistant. the error message shows the info for another website, but it should read it, that website is configured for a whole nother ip address.
I've checked raw data and such, i can only conclude at this time, it might just be php, since they did crap with openbasedir at one point.

It's been a long time. A lot of the stuff I have been working on is sooooo scattered. I will try to cover bases of most of the stuff.
eBay - Well I finally figured out a way, after trying soooo many methods, of figuring out a way to take CoA merch, and put it instantly on ebay. Finished, completed, tested. it works. But getting to that point was a long road of program after program after program. Then there was writing a script for each program to try and get data in. Failed everytime. Ended up using FileExchange system on ebay.
Online Store - Yep we have a SLEW of CDs and merchandise now. things are moving faster. with the adding of ebay, there were changes to the admin interface and new fields added, especially to make sure that neilsen data is recorded correctly for sets. Inventory was updated for this, neilsen code was updated, and paypal ipn as well
System Updates - I finally got a new hard drive for the backup server. Shipped it off, had it installed. Backups of the server are now done on a 2 week basis (current week uncompressed, second week compressed). So all is better again (old hard drive ran out of room)
Downloads - More modifications were done to allow for the members only downloads. Things seems to change, as you get closer to actually doing something. Especially in this case, where I've wanted to do this for over a year now. *cross fingers*
Main Page - New main page is up, i thought it is time we have news updates of importance, on the main page where everyone can see them

Added a way for paid members to remove people from the crush list.
Reworked the sound samples area, and released it to the public. Crosslinked to loa.com and coa.com and coa's store.
Reworked profile code.
Reworked merchandise templates.
Reworked the stats area. Bandwidth calculation code ended up breaking, so i removed it.
Added code to account delete code.

I've changed some setting in sysctl and hopes that it will increase the speed of the system. we shall see.
